Professional Development
My professional development sessions focus on genuine reflection and understanding clients’ needs. I tailor resources to meet those needs, drawing on 25 years of experience to ensure every session is relevant and impactful.
In the past, I’ve co-designed training sessions and developed curriculum guidance at a farm school in Zimbabwe, as well as led a three-session design workshop for NYC Math leaders. These projects showcase my dedication to empowering educators and students, with each initiative carefully crafted to enrich their learning journey.
Coaching & Consulting
I offer personalized coaching and consulting that begins with understanding your unique context. I listen carefully and align my approach with your goals. My collaborative process respects your expertise, and together, we’ll develop practical, meaningful strategies to achieve your goals with confidence.
In the past, I’ve collaborated closely with coaches, educators, and leaders—engaging in meaningful conversations on goal setting with teachers, facilitating intervisitations so leader’s can observe learning environments, and accompanying our visiting Saudi teachers on an enriching museum trip.
Sharing Expertise and Research
Understanding and growth come from active engagement. I regularly immerse myself in community, sharing knowledge at national conferences, sister circles, and learning communities. These interactions keep me connected to the latest developments and fosters a collaborative environment where everyone learns and grows together.
I’ve presented at the NAEYC Annual Conference with a focus on creating equitable, responsive environments, and at the 2022 AERA Annual Conference, where I shared my dissertation research on mentoring relationships among women of color district leaders.
